About T.W. Allgaier

I love Jesus. If I say nothing else, that is enough. But for those curiosity seekers, I am a 61 year old former special education teacher, current part time CCM Radio Announcer and author... who is married to her high school sweetheart. We have been together for 44 years, married almost 41 of those years! We have raised two sons, who are now married, have jobs and mortgages. AND...we became grandparents to a beautiful baby girl in 2018!! We also have our furry son, a West Highland Terrier. My heart's desire is to encourage people in their daily life. I believe that the Father speaks to us all the time, sometimes I have been too busy to listen. I enjoyed homeschooling the boys for ten years. And I enjoyed teaching in the public schools for fifteen years.

Simple~Take the Day Off!!

It is really Simple..Take the Day Off!

If you need permission to do so, you now officially have it!

Yes, it is Columbus Day. And as memory serves, that means a day off for most public and private schools.

My advice: if you work or go to a public/private school…enjoy your day! Don’t play “catch up” with your work at home or, God forbid, your work at school!! This is something I would do often, and quite frankly….I thought it helped me. But, I think it contributed to overload!!
