50 Years+ MEANS….

I have thought of myself as someone who was middle aged for quite some time. Then I did the math. If I am indeed middle aged, then I will live to be 110. While I know this is possible, I think it might be unlikely. I am not sure I would want to live that long!

I know that these old “earth suits” wear out. Simply put..they are not redeemed.

“Therefore do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16

50 Years+ HEALTH ISSUES

I am truly grateful for my health, and although I have some concerns…they could always be worse. Asthma, allergies, osteoarthritis, eczema, hair-loss, and those kind of issues are what I seem to currently face. I have had my share of cyst and tumor removals and recently dealt with a skin cancer. I told you that these “earth suits” wear out!

50 Years+ EATING HABITS

I believe there are different things we can do that help take care of our “earthly temples”. Many we have done, many we have tried, and many we have failed doing.

50 Years+ FASHION/SKINCARE

I have dealt with skin issues since I was a teen. I also have found myself asking about appropriate styles for women my age. So I may end up exploring these areas a little more as well.

I am grateful for every breath I take. And my husband and I try to find joy in all these things. We know how fortunate we are in so many ways. This is just another phase of this blog that will be encouragement for others.
