Limitless Grace

Last week I was so excited about my birthday. And while I am still very thankful, God has been showing me some things about myself. Sometimes learning about who you are and who you think you are can be very humbling to say the least. We are never too old to learn!

I have a bad hip, two actually.  It needs replaced, as will the other one some day. As the doctor said, “I treat patients, not x-rays.” So, I am holding out as long as I can. I can power through it! Well at least that has been my slogan the last couple of months. Continue reading Limitless Grace

Raising My Hands!

The last week has been one of remembrance of sort. Also a week of appreciation. And a week to stand.

A friend of ours passed on to his heavenly home this week, which put us in contact with many of our high school friends.

We all have lost people that are too young. We watch the nightly news and we are frustrated with the world, the nation and all the news seems bad.

It may very well be a “doom and gloom” scenario….but I am tired of living there. It is what it is indeed, and prayer is our obligation and hope for this nation through Jesus Christ. Continue reading Raising My Hands!
