The Colors of Fall

My husband knows me too well. We went to a state park today and I was snapping pictures, admiring the colors of fall.

“You are going to write about this in some way, aren’t you?” he said with a smile on his face. “Yep”. After three years of dating and almost 35 years of marriage, I might be a little disappointed if he didn’t know me by now!

What a wonderful time to talk to children about the handiwork of God and creation. I know that I have blogged several times about nature and God’s creation, but how can one not see what He has created and be in awe? Continue reading The Colors of Fall

Oh these little critters are upon us now!
While they do irritate me a bit……..
they actually are bees with a purpose!!

These bees literally go for our skin because they are like the salt in our perspiration
and the pollen that
gets lodged in our skin when we are outside sweating!

Homeschool Vs. Public School

Usually when VS.
appears between two subjects
there is a fight
or debate underway!

I must sound like an actual living, breathing oxymoron. One day I write about the public schools and the virtue of teaching. The next day I write about the virtues of homeschooling. Someone is going to be mad at me for something.  Oh well…..I speak from the heart!
