Gotcha! You think this is going to be a recipe for gluten free pizza, don’t you? Sorry……

I cannot give you one that I use because I can now buy them at several pizza joints. And quite frankly, mine don’t turn out as well…

…………….But they make me very happy………………

For a gal who has an allergic reaction to wheat of any kind, eating one of these pizzas simply sends me over the top! I have a really hard time sharing a piece with anyone…ever. Just ask my husband.

I guard it like it is gold.

That dough is amazing. I know often the ingredients are rice flour, potato flour, xathum gum, egg, almond milk….just to name a few ingredients. With this type of dough, whether making it into bread or a pizza crust, it must be mixed well. Once it is “united” together, it can never be separated again. Once that stuff gets a swirl in a food processor, well…its all over!

Romans 6:5-7 “For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.”

Folks, just like my wheat free pizza crust, once we are “united” with Christ we can not be separated at all!! We died a literal death ourselves when crucified with Christ! We were “completely, wholly connected; suffering from a common event in a like manner.”

The body ruled by sin was “done away” with…or “totally disengaged.”

We have been set free friends!! As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ what we formally were…no longer is. Nothing can separate us from HIM. We were united with Him!

I don’t know about you, but I sure am glad that pizza crust cannot separate! Eating rice flour just doesn’t sound too appealing!
