Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep….

“Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep…if I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take…”

I recited that prayer every single solitary night when I was a child until I was around 12 years old (if my memory serves me well, which is sometimes up for debate). I truly believed that if I didn’t recite it that the Lord wouldn’t take me to heaven when I died.

Persecution

My heart is so heavy.  We need to pray fervently for those suffering persecution for their faith.  I am so thankful to live in a country were I can practice my faith without fear……I hope you are able to read these articles.  I am sure that when this blog publishes there will be more facts.
