Autumn allergy season has hit our household. Not to mention the sinus issues that seem to plague us every fall. I have said over and over that I need salt water this time of year. This week I celebrated 55 years of life.

Where did time go? At least I bet my momma is saying that! I know that when I look at my grown children I say that almost every single time.
