Thankful for Teachers’ Hearts

I received some encouragement the other day about a former student from several years ago who graduated and is going on to college.  I was thrilled and he and his mom made me feel like I made a difference in his life.  I used to work only with children with “learning disabilities” or “differences” as I liked to say, and my students often times had trouble getting through high school. Do Overs

1st Try-2

We all have had them…

Yesterday I started a large plaque for my porch. I had grand ideas. Then I had more grand ideas. They didn’t go well together and the plaque didn’t turn out the same way it had in my mind.

After a good night’s rest and a day out in the beautiful weather, I thought of something.
