Sometimes I am a noisy gong…sometimes a clanging cymbal.

It requires complete and total surrender.

Do I understand just how much God loves me? If so, I would love others. I might not like them….but the Father can love them through me.

Yep, complete surrender. It is the only way.

These words have been on my heart for several weeks. I am so grateful for the love of Jesus Christ. His death, burial and resurrection gives me life today. May you be encouraged with this great truth!

He Shouts for Joy

I found this verse in an journal from 2009. It overwhelmed me with thanksgiving. One version reads…”He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing”.

How incredible is that? The Amplified version says that God makes no mention of our past sins, and that singing? Well….actually those notes are shouts of joy! WOW!

This my friends…is the uncondtional love of God. I know that God was talking to the people of Israel, but He is talking to us as well.
