I love Jesus. If I say nothing else, that is enough. But for those curiosity seekers, I am a 61 year old former special education teacher, current part time CCM Radio Announcer and author... who is married to her high school sweetheart. We have been together for 44 years, married almost 41 of those years! We have raised two sons, who are now married, have jobs and mortgages. AND...we became grandparents to a beautiful baby girl in 2018!! We also have our furry son, a West Highland Terrier. My heart's desire is to encourage people in their daily life. I believe that the Father speaks to us all the time, sometimes I have been too busy to listen. Incredible Creatures

While on our vacation to Dauphin Island, Alabama we visited the Esturaium (their sea lab). Once a teacher, always a teacher and I have to take pictures and read every piece of information.

What is it about the Cross?

I have a cross ring, a couple of cross necklaces. I have seen them in artwork, tattoos, drawn and colored. I have seen them in non flattering ways. But what does it really mean? Can I really describe what the cross means to me?

No, I cannot. All I know is that it represents LOVE. It represents a LOVE that cannot be described in words. It represents sacrifice that I will never truly understand. It represents JESUS.
