It used to just be reading glasses…

Do you like to read? I must say it is one of my favorite past times…even if I fall asleep when I do it before bed.

Then these things started happening…..When I turned 40 my arms simply were not long enough. Then I had to transfer from just reading glasses to the tri focal version. And now at 57, they are the first thing I grab in the morning. In fact…let’s see a show of hands…who has gotten into the shower with them on? Rising Waters

The flood waters will rise. The winds will blow.

We had significant flooding this weekend in our area. We have lived in the same home for 30 years and we have never been so concerned. Thankfully our home was not damaged. Unfortunately, others cannot say that. And we have had that result before as well. Continue reading Rising Waters →
