Apple Cider Vinegar Uses
Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is another one of my “health” discoveries. I am actually on my third large bottle! There is no stopping me now!
According to several articles and studies it is very good for you for several reasons. Here are a couple of links:
My choice is Bragg’s
I simply take a small juice glass and add one teaspoon of ACV, 1/4 tsp. of local honey, a couple of sprinkles of cinnamon and two drops of lemon essential oil. I add warm water, stir and drink from a straw. Then I rinse my mouth with cold water to avoid enamel damage on my teeth.
Local honey is known to help with allergies.
Cinnamon is known for its help with blood sugar.
Lemon contains Vitamin C and also helps with blood sugar.
ACV is also known to possibly help with inflammation of the joints (arthritis).
I will say it again, I am not a physician, health expert or claim to know the answers. I just know what has helped me.
I know that when I DO NOT drink my little morning juice drink, I feel like I can tell. And right now I am not willing to experiment to see how I feel without it. I figure it cannot hurt! And all the ingredients are natural.
Some articles tout many uses for ACV. I have only drank it and used it on my hair when my scalp seems incredibly dry and flaky. I put 2 tablespoons in some warm water and use it as a rinse before shampooing. My hair feels very soft and after a couple of “rinses” my dermatitis seems to improve when a flare up has occurred.
Please share the ways in which you use Apple Cider Vinegar….
