I am not sure what circumstances you have found yourself in at this very moment.
But…
Today I have been reminded to live this DAY. Make each day count, for it has been numbered. But, take no thought for tomorrow. Take no thought for next week. Enjoy the day that has been given to you. Smile at someone. Take a walk down the street. Eat lunch in the sunshine. Splash in the puddles. Smell the roses. Call someone you haven’t talked to in a while.
Live in the moment.
Tomorrow has enough problems without help from you.
